To use HypeZy, you must create an account and connect your Instagram Business or Creator account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
HypeZy integrates with Instagram through Meta's official APIs. You authorize us to access your Instagram data necessary to provide our automation services. You can revoke this authorization at any time through your Instagram settings. We comply with all Instagram Platform Policies and Meta's terms of service.
HypeZy offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your initial purchase. Refunds are not available for renewal charges or after the 7-day period. To request a refund, contact our support team at support@hypezy.com.
We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with or without notice.
All content, features, and functionality of HypeZy are owned by ContentnCo and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our service, users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after 30 days.
HypeZy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for any damage to your Instagram account resulting from the use of our service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentnCo and HypeZy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
